He used to live in Casa Torfeld I in Buchs AG. He and his friends have been working on the surveillance more...on me since I lived there. When I started to use Wifi internet service in Aarau Kanton Library, they came for the surveillance.
He might still be in Aarau to Buchs area working on stalking activities of others.
If he was not stalking me, then I would not see him in the library with other residents. less
