Let's make a few thing clear.
.
While the closed-loop control switches between lean and rich at about 1Hz, indicating a long time-constant, the ECM requires a response time of about 50mS, so your time-constant is far too long.

NB. the O2 (Lambda) sensor operates over a range of 100mV (weak) to 1V (rich),

You also need to ensure that the air/fuel ratio is maintained within a small window around the Lambda point (0.97 to 1.03). This requires remapping of the ECM when using a different fuel.

The circuits you suggest are only used by street racers, who don't care about pollution or fuel efficiency.
