Yes, it's only seen on "Popeye the Sailor Meets Ali Baba's Forty Thieves" (but was plastered by the AAP logo!) and 1937-1938 Max Fleischer Color Classics shorts and it's reminded me of the 1939-1943 Paramount "3-D Mountain" logo. Also this version is used at the end of many 1937-1938 Fleischer color cartoons.
