Well, the monster doesn't exactly have any names about the Eds in there, so I think they'd be ok with that.

Also, id Software would have to have permission from Danny Antonucci, because this monster's hair reminds me of Eddy from the show Ed, Edd n Eddy.

WOW, then this really must be a challenge if he can't infight with other monsters.

Also, I was gonna mention that I think id software would also need permission from the guy who created Spongebob (forgot his name though), hence the Squidward reference.

I think he could come back to life in reincarnated. This monster's only programmed to fight humans, especially the Doom player.

They probably might have to. Otherwise, ID software might get sued.

Also, I bet not even ITheMasterOfDooMI (who thinks he's the so-called "God of Doom") can defeat this monster, but this monster is even worse in "Nightmare!" mode; he kills you without warning.
