Here we go into tomorrow’s inevitable disdain
Encumbered by endless routines which invariably drain youthful innocence
Of any hope for tomorrow circumscribed within the distending jibe of adult sorrow
While everyday as if upon cue dreams of tomorrow are beaten done in clear view
Of all able to see the nightmares waiting in the wings of frustrating unease
In between these endless lines of scripted conjecture resides a route of escape
Offering slim hopes which are still able to arouse and provoke resistance imbued
Filling each angelic mind with unwavering strategies of proverbial disdain
Yet no matter how distant the reach for elusive dreams perpetually remains
For most blossoms of tomorrow’s endless plight an escape route of salvation
Without a thought out inclination nevertheless there often unreachable promise
Still resides and is embedded within the glow of defiant inclination
A path paved in spiraling imagination leading to a better day
