actually this is from azumanga daioh

but without the explosion at the end. it was before the athletics festival and there is a legend thngie that if, when you kick off your shoe like that if it lands right side up it will be good weather. if it lands upsidedown then it will be bad weather. the joke was she kicked her shoe wayyy too far=]
