I look at this (and your other drawings)and I think you couold animate most effectively the traditional way, using your own hand-drawn art, to preserve the spontainaiety of your lines. Youcould scan/photograph/videotape them and upload them into your computer, then use Photoshop or whatever to digitally enhance/color them. Then jsut import those pictures into your video editing program and just sequence the frames, just like a filmed animation. I've done a lot of my own animations this way and I like the look I can get from it.
I just suggest all of this because I like the soulfulness of your drawings. Check out the work of BILL PLYMPTON, and you'll see a sort of direction I think youc ould move in stylistically.
