OK, I've been working on hacking the GBC (Japanese) version of Donkey Kong Land 3 (a.k.a. Donkey Kong more...GB: Dinky Kong & Dixie Kong). The only thing I know how to hack, however, is the colors in the game (I use a hex editor and VBA's palette viewer if anybody's curious -- and funny thing is, the method of color hacking is almost the same in every game that I've tried). This is one of the things I hacked -- I gave the river levels a facelift and made them look like autumn (based off of Bobbing Barrel Brawl in DKC3). I really like how this turned out, which is why I uploaded this screenshot. Before, it was green (spring) and looked like Riverside Race in DKC3. less
