The internet is loaded with marvels like this one. It was supposed to produce enough gas to run a car more... without any gasoline. It could handle 4.5 amps. It had a pulse width adjustment, a amplitude adjust and a frequency adjustment. It made less gas than a direct connect to a battery. I tried several different generator designs with it. The bottom line is that energy in is always more than energy out. Nothing is 100% and nothing is above 100% The mysterious energy in water that science can not explain can't be found either.
